A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef

I thought up this recipe during the height of summer. After many ridiculously hot days, I wanted to make a quick dinner so that I don't have to stay in the kitchen. When you get bored with cold shabu-shabu salad, this rich flavor yet light dish is great! It's delicious!
The marinade flavor will penetrate the onions better if you slice them against the grain. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried is ok. You could even use aonori seaweed powder or you can omit it. You can use this marinade for thinly sliced pork too! Recipe by Mamemame

Steps
- 1
Slice the onion very thinly against the grain with a slicer. Mix the slices with the *A* ingredients.
- 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, and 'shabu-shabu' the beef slices by quickly submerging them once slice at a time in boiling water.
- 3
When the meat cooks, submerge immediately in the marinade.
- 4
When all the meat is in the marinate, coat very well.
- 5
Chop up the parsley.
- 6
Add the parsley to the bowl and mix in. Let it cool down, and then put it in the refrigerator. Leave to chill until you're ready to eat. It's delicous!
