A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef

I thought up this recipe during the height of summer. After many ridiculously hot days, I wanted to make a quick dinner so that I don't have to stay in the kitchen. When you get bored with cold shabu-shabu salad, this rich flavor yet light dish is great! It's delicious!

The marinade flavor will penetrate the onions better if you slice them against the grain. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried is ok. You could even use aonori seaweed powder or you can omit it. You can use this marinade for thinly sliced pork too! Recipe by Mamemame
