In a bowl take all the vegetables, add all masala, add lemon juice, add 1 tbsp oil.

Add 1/4 cup bajra flour & 1 cup whole wheat flour, mix them all together, if needed add buttermilk - prepare soft dough.

Take small dough and prepare small muthiya- put them on greased perforated plate.

Put on steamer- cover it and cook on medium to low flame for 15-20 minutes.

When it is done- take it out.let it cool down - cut it into small pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp oil - when oil is hot, add mustard, sesame, curry leaves and pinch of asafoetida- when it starts crackling add muthiya to it.

Add salt if needed, sugar, coriander and mix it well- let it cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes- it makes it’s out layer crispy.

Serve it with curd/tea or green chutney.
