  • 1 kgsteak
  • 5carrots
  • 2big potato
  • 1/2 kgbroccoli
  • 1 bagfrozen mixed vegetables

    Cut the carrots and potatoes into cylinder shaped pieces and then boil them

    Boil the broccoli with the carrots and potatoes

  3. 3

    Cook the white rice while the rice is cooking unfreeze the vegetables

  4. 4

    Then cook the steak
