Boil water ina big pan and put all the vegetables into it.

After first boil, remove the vegetables in a stainless steel strainer.

Let these vegetables dry in the sun for 1/2 an hour over a clean cloth.

Now sprinkle salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and mustard powder.Mix.

Add mustard oil into it and mix.

Keep it in a glass bottle and cover it.Keep it in the sun for 2 days.After 2-3 days your pickle is ready to eat.

Enjoy the fresh crunchy, tangy and spicy pickle with parantha,puri, pulao etc.
