Ingredients

  1. 200 grterong bulat
  2. 100 grtempe
  3. 6siung bawang merang
  4. 3siung bawang putih
  5. 7cabe rawit merah
  6. 1sdt garam
  7. 1/2sdt gula
  8. 1/2sdt Penyedap rasa (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Potong semua bahan (terong,tempe,bawang merang,bawang putih,cabe)

  2. 2

    Masukkan minyak, 3 sdm tumis bumbu-bumbu(bawang merah,bawang putih,cabe), kalau sudah wangi masukkan tempe biarkan layu masukkan terong

  3. 3

    Tambahkan gula,garam n penyedap(optional) dan koreksi rasa

  4. 4

    Tumis sederhana terong bulat n tempe siap di sajikan
