This wonderful breakfast was always presented to me by my cutie niece, when I was with her in Birmingham, UK.
My this version of English Healthy Breakfast is inspired by tasty sliced toast of my niece.
I made this breakfast to recall those memories for me and my son... !!!

Steps

Heat the saucepan over a low heat,brush sparingly with light olive oil.

Cook the sausage first,cook slowly and turning occasionally, until golden,remove and placed on serving plate

Boiled potatoes seasoned with salt paper and oregano, drizzle olive oil,cook each side for 3 or 4 minutes or until it nicely golden brown.

Cook mushrooms and bell paper 5 to 10 minutes until they have softened

Place baked beans in small saucepan, mix well and bring to the boil simmer and gently cook for around 5 minutes

Fried egg and all other ready ingredients place in plate and serve it
