I made paneer from milk by using vinegar (wash it with fresh water)

Now boil potatoes.

Mix boiled potatoes and all spices with paneer.

Make a dough.

Prepared paneer balls from the dough.

Make a slurry from cornflour and maida.

Now dip the balls into the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.

Heat a Kadai with oil and fry the balls in medium flame.

Serve the hot paneer balls with sauce and mayonnaise.
