Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 10-15small onion (pearl onions)
  • 10long green chillies in slits
  • 1/2 cupsmall pieces of beetroot
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 10whole black pepper
  • 5cloves
  • 2 tspsugar
  • to taste salt
  • 1 cupvinegar (white sirka)
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 inchcinnemon stick

  1. 1

    Make preparations arrange all the things

    In a pan, boil water put long, peppers, sugar,salt,and beetrute

    Boil it to the colour change and fragrance comes out,cool it.

    Fill jar with onion, ginger, and slit green chillies

    Pour cold liquid upon these onion.at last add white benager cover the lid.

    After 24 hours it's absorbed colour and taste, it's ready we can rellish this till a week.

    One more tip> if onion finished we can again fill jar with the onion. We can use this liquid twice.
