Chop onion and put it in pan then add salt, black pepper, olive oil and meat and parsley on light fire

Stir all that add vegetables after when you cut them to half then add water till you cover vegetables

In the pan special for couscous add a cup water on it and stir it then some olive oil then stir all, leave couscous absorb the water then put it on the fire for 15 minute

Put couscous out of pan add again some water let it to absorb stir it then put on cooker again. 3 times like this

Check vegetables and meat cooked, and turn everything off

Then put couscous on plate and add on top vegetables and meat with vegetables sauce as the picture
