I've cooked this snack almost every year since I cooked with my mom when I was in elementary school.

You don't need to worry about the temperature for a double boiler as long as water won't get into a bowl with the chocolate. Since it's very easy, even little kids can make this without failing.

I always use Ghana chocolate and Marie cookies, but you can use any kinds of chocolate and cookies.

Finely crush the cookies in the bags by hands.

Finely chop the chocolate.

Put the chopped chocolate into a bowl, and melt over a double boiler.

When the chocolate is melted, remove from the double boiler. Add the cookies, and fold them in.

Shape into a teardrop-shape with teaspoons on a parchment paper. Drop one for the left and one for the right, and chill until hardened.

It's ok not to make a heart-shape, and it will be tasty, too.
