First wash the red chilli and sun dry it for a day. There should be no moisture at all.

Now roast jeera,saunf, mustard seeds all separately as cook time varies. Let all off them splutter.

Then do the same with methi and kalonji and cool all ingredients on a plate add salt and hing.

Transfer to a mixy jar a d make a coarse powder of it.

Transfer to a bowl add vinegar and mix very well.Pickle mixture ready.

Now take of the stem of the red chilli and slit it in between.

Take off the seeds.

Stuff the pickle mixture made.

Drop all stuffed chilli into a glass jar one by one. Make sure glass jar is used and sterilised well. (to sterilise sun dry the jar for 2 hours)

After placing the chilli pour the extra pickle mixture into the jar.

Heat oil and cook completely Now add the oil on top the chilli must cover all the chilli all the time. Traditionally mustard oil is used.
