Instant Peanut and coconut chutney

Dry roast peanuts in a wok and remove its skin. Let it cool.

Transfer it in a grinder. Add green chilli, salt, dessicated coconut and curd.

Grind it to a smooth paste. Add water if required. Transfer it in a bowl.

Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put asofoetida, curry leaves and whole red chilli and saute for 1 minute. Switch off the flame.

Put this tempering on grinded chutney and stir well.

This chutney can be served with idli dosa or medu vada.
