Dry fruit chikki using jaggery

In a non-stick pan add in the almonds and roast it for 2 minutes. Then add in cashew nuts and roast it on low flame for 2 minutes. Then add in pistachios and roast it on slow flame.

Then add in ghee so that it gives glaze to chikki. Then add in watermelon seeds and roast it for a minute. After that add in chia seeds, sesame, black sesame and roast it properly. Then take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

Take a pan add jaggery in it. Melt it on low flame. Take a bowl add water in it. Add jaggery mixture in it. Check it by chewing if it not stick on tooth then your mixture is ready.

Then add in a few drops of lemon juice and mix it well. Then add in all the dry fruits and mix it well. Till then turn off the flame.

Now after mixing dry fruits with jaggery, your mixture is ready then immediately pour the mixture on the greased board.

Now roll out the mixture on a rolling board with the help of greased rolling pin.

Let it cool for a minute, and when its still warm cut marks on the rolled chikki.

Now your chikki is ready to be served. Serve it with help of rose petals.
