Veg sizzler of sehezwan hakka noodles with sauteed vegetable

In a pan add oil and fry the garlic. Add sliced onion. Fry till light brown. Then add all veggies.

Now add sauces. Mix well. Add noodles. Toss them properly.

Keep aside the noodles. Now in a pan add oil and sauteed all the veggies in high flame.

Add salt, oregano and chilli flakes. Also add paneer cubs and chilli sauce. Keep aside.

For sauce add oil in a kadai. Add ginger garlic and saute for few seconds. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and mix well.

Add cornflour slurry and get it simmer till the sauce become thick.

Now make some french fries.

Now finally heat the sizzling plate for 4-5 minutes. First place the blanched cabbage leaves. Place the hakka noodles on one side.

On another side place sauteed vegetables. Also place french fries.

Now pour the sauce over it. Place the plate on wooden board. Serve hot.
