Wash and soak basamati rice. Heat oil in pan add bay leaf, cardmom, cinnamon add rice and cook till soft.

Wash and chop methi leaves and other veggies you can take veggies as per your choice.

Heat ghee in pan add onion,garlic,peas, carrots, and methi leaves and saute for while add masalas mix it well.

Add cooked basmati rice and mix with light hand. Add dry fruits rosted in ghee. Methi Pulao is ready to enjoy.
