Methi paneer makhani
Steps

First heat oil in a kadai than add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves. Saute for a bit. Add chopped onion.

Saute the onion property until brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste now add all spices..

Saute the masala for 30 seconds. Now add tomato puree and kasuri methi. Cover and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.

After this add curd. Keep stirring on low flame for few seconds. Now add fenugreek leaves.

Mix well and cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Now put the gas on low flame and add cream. Mix it well. Add paneer cubs.

Cover and cook on low flame to give it some time to paneer to infuse the flavours.

Now switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Delicious methi paneer makhni is ready to serve.
