Pour flour, sugar, salt and garlic into a bowl. Mix them then add water and knead your dough until it's soft. Add water if necessary

Divide the dough into balls, brush them with oil cover them and let them rest for about 35 minutes.

Roll out the balls and cook them on a non-stick pan for about 1½minutes on each side.

Serve and enjoy. I used them as wraps and filled them with cucumbers, tomatoes and sausages.
