Easy in a Bread Maker Heart-shaped Doughnuts

I took a recipe I learned at baking class, adjusted the amounts to suit my bread maker, and cut out a heart shape in the centre.
You can just keep them as circles, as they are after the first rising. Just roll them into a neat shape. You don't need to cut the middle out either, so there's no waste. Recipe by Ichigo

Steps
- 1
Put the ingredients in the bread maker, set it to bread dough mode, and switch it on!
- 2
Punch down the dough, divide it into 10 pieces and form neatly into balls. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
- 3
Press the balls flat in your palms one by one to around 9 cm.
- 4
Use a cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape in the centre.
- 5
The second rising (35-40℃) takes 15 minutes!
- 6
After the rising, fry them in oil at 170℃, coat with granulated sugar, and they're done.
