Mughlai cauliflower stew

Add all the spices in a grinder and paste it coarsely.

Heat oil in a kadai. Fry cauliflower florets and potato pieces.

Now add all the ingredients and saute for 10 mins on a low flame.

Add full cream milk and cover with lid.
- 5
When the potato is boiled in the gravy, mash it with a spoon.

Sprinkle ghee after it thickens. Cover with an airtight lid.

Remember, gravy should not be too thick or too light.
