There’s nothing tastier than fattoush. It’s packed with healthy, delicious vegetables and is great on its own or served with fish or chicken and rice. You can add radishes or any other vegetables you like. I usually do, but this time I didn’t have any on hand.

There’s nothing tastier than fattoush. It’s packed with healthy, delicious vegetables and is great on its own or served with fish or chicken and rice. You can add radishes or any other vegetables you like. I usually do, but this time I didn’t have any on hand.

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop each one separately.

Pick the mint, purslane, and thyme leaves and add them to the other vegetables. Roughly chop the parsley.

Add the seasonings, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and vinegar.

Mix everything well. If you like, serve with toasted pita bread on the side.
