Cooking Instructions

Crush the crispy onions and place them in bowl.

In a separate bowl beat together the milk, eggs, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp accent, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning.

In the bowl with the crispy onions add 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning, and mix well

Spray cooking spray in a 10×15 glass baking dish

Dip the chicken in the egg and milk batter then press the chicken in the breading.

Place chicken in the baking dish.

Once all the chicken is in the baking dish, pour the remainder of the breading over the chicken.

Place the butter in a sauce dish and melt in the microwave, then drizzle the butter over the chicken.

Cook at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Check internal temperature before serving.
