Take a bowl add wheat brain flour and salt.

Then add red chilli powder, amchoor powder,finely chopped onion, green chillies,curry leaves, coriander leaves mix well.

Then add required amount of water knead and make soft dough. Dough needs less water, because onion loose water.

Make a balls from the dough,keep it on the butter sheet, press and spread it with your finger tip like thin chapati.

Keep dosa tawa on medium flame, place the roti, sprinkle some oil top of it.Let it cook well. Turn other side cook for two minutes. Remove and transfer to a serving plate.

Super tasty wheat bran masala roti is ready to serve. Enjoy with curd or pickle.
