I found this recipe eons ago, I don't even remember where, but it was such a smash hit, I have the recipe itself memorized! Enjoy! I've been meaning to post this forever, but I just now remembered to do so! 🤣🤣🤣
Cooking Instructions
- 1
While preheating your oven to 375°-400° F, mix everything EXCEPT the french fried onions together in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
- 2
Pour into a 13"x 9" casserole dish, using the back of a your mixing spoon to level it off and spread it into the dish evenly. (If the mixture seems a little dry, add a little more ranch dressing at a time before pouring into the casserole dish.)
- 3
Bake uncovered at 375°-400°F for 55 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from the oven and top evenly with the french fried onions.
- 4
Bake for 5 more minutes, just to warm and crisp up the onions a little more.
- 5
Devour and enjoy!!!
**NOTE: If you don't like French fried onions (but let's be real here, who doesn't??? LOL) Try coarsely crushing up some Nacho Cheese Doritos, and topping with those instead. I haven't tried those yet, but I think they sound like a delicious substitution option. Everyone I know loves french fried onions, so I haven't needed to try the Doritos LOL**

The first time I made this recipe was for a Girl's Weekend with family. I just made it with veggies because it's always nice to have a meatless breakfast option too. Adrianne Meszaros -

World's Best Hashbrown Casserole World's Best Hashbrown Casserole
I started making this several years ago when we were having trouble making ends meet and only had a random assortment of food in the house, aside from ramen noodles of course. We had a half a roll of sausage, half a bag hashbrowns, some green beans, some gravy mix, and some cheese. There wasn't really enough of anything to make anything, so I just threw it all in a pan. Much to our surprise and delight, I had just created our new favorite dinner!*It is hard to plate it and make it look nice, but the taste more than makes up for that!!*Also, I have tried it with many different vegetables, but green beans worked the best. Fresh or frozen broccoli would be good as well, but then my husband wouldn't eat it, lol. m.volk -

Easy Cheesy Hashbrown Potato Casserole Easy Cheesy Hashbrown Potato Casserole
This is a quick and easy family recipe that calls for little prep and few ingredients! 👏 Someone in the family always makes this for all holiday get togethers and everyone always loves this. Delicious! This recipe is so easy and with few ingredients as the bags of frozen potatoes already come with peppers and onions. Really you can substitute either soup for cheese soup or cream of celery or "whatever." You can also use any shredded cheese you desire or have laying around. And the corn flakes can also be substituted with Pretzels, French fried onions, or again, anything you desire or have around. All you need to do is mix and pop in the oven! Voila! 👏👏👏 #obrienpotatoes #potatocasserole #cheesypotatobake #onerecipeonetree #mycookbook #hashbrowncasserole #cheesepotatoes #potatobake #sides #cheese #potatoes Chef Mommy Nessa -
