Cooking Instructions

Kill… I mean open a pumpkin and don’t throw the seeds, we can bake and make it a healthy snack!
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam it for 20-30 minutes until it is soft. - 2
By the time, we can make the crust. Add the crust part ingredients except butter and mix well then take out a butter from the refrigerator and mix it until it is sandy.

Add the milk to the crust mixture and make it a dough (if it is too dry it’s fine, just try your best to make it a dough)
Then covered it and put it in the fridge take a rest for 30 minutes. - 4
While the dough taking a rest, we can make the pie filling and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Make sure the pumpkin is not too hot to make the eggs blanched.
Mix all the pie filling part ingredients together. - 5
Put the crust into the pie pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Take out the crust, add the pie filling in it and put it back in the oven bake for 45 minutes - 6
45 minutes later take it out and check the pie filling turned solid and we can let it cool down and enjoy it👍
