Ingredients

6 - 8 servings
  1. 85 grbutter + some for the baking mold
  2. 70 grfine sugar + some for the baking mold
  3. 80 grdark Belgian chocolate
  4. 1 tbcointreau or other liqueur
  5. 80 grchopped hazelnuts
  6. 3eggs
  7. 3eating pears

Cooking Instructions

    Butter the spring mold. Put in baking paper. Butter again. Sprinkle with 2 tb sugar. Preheat oven 180° C

    Break the chocolat into pieces and melt au bain marie with the butter. Add the cointreau and hazelnuts
    Cool

    Split the eggs. Cream the egg yolks with the sugar

  4. 4

    Add the cooled chocolate mixture

  5. 5

    Beat the egg whites into stiff peakes. Fold in the chocolate mixture

  6. 6

    Poor the dough into the mold.

  7. 7

    Cut the pears into thin slices. Push pears i to dough in a round shape

  8. 8

    Bake for 40 min on 180°C oven

  9. 9

    Cool completly in the mold
