Bacon Egg Cheese on Freshly Baked Croissant

Ingredients

20 minutes
1-2 people
  1. 3Eggs
  2. Shredded cheese
  3. 4 stripsthick cut bacon
  4. Large Croissant
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Unsalted Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Place bacon in Airfryer for 10mins on 250°. Leave longer if you’d like them crispier

    I do not recommend toasting the croissant. But its up to you. Just make sure its freshly baked (store bought)

    Remove umbilical from yolks and scramble. Salt Pepper to your liking. Gently scramble until yolk is cooked then turn off flame before adding cheese.
