Instant paneer butter masala

Make a smooth paste of onion tomato and cashews

Mix the masalas, kasur methi and ketchup in milk and keep it aside.

Hear butter in a pan and add the paste once it is hot. Cook it well.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 5 minutes

Now add the milk mixture and cook till oil separates.

Now add the paneer and cook for 5 minutes. Add fresh cream, mix well and turn off the stove. Yummy paneer butter masala is ready to be served.
