  • 200 gmssweet potatoes
  • 2small onions
  • 2Hari mirch
  • as requiredFresh coriander leaves
  • 2 slicesBread crumbs
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As requiredRed chili powder
  • 1/2 tspchat powder
  • 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and steam the sweet potatoes.

  2. 2

    Chop onions,green chilli, coriander finely.

  3. 3

    Wet and squeeze the bread slices. And add evenly. Add salt,red chili, jeera powder. Mix.

  4. 4

    Heat oil.
    Make cutlet of any shape.
    Fry on medium heat.
