Ingredients

  • 3-4eggs
  • 1.5 cupflour
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/4 tspsalt (optional)
  • Preparation of syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 3-4cardamoms

    Add milk to a pan. Add butter and bring to boil.

    Add flour to the butter and milk. Take away from heat. And mix it until it becomes a soft dough. And cook it for 30 sec.

    Now in a large bowl. Add this dough.Add vanilla essence and eggs and mix with a hand mixer.

    Now place this batter in a plastic mold or piping bag. Now pre heat oil for deep frying. And Add the batter while cutting with scissors. Oil should be medium hot. And fry until golden brown.

    Crush pistachios to make a powder. And sprinkle on the churros. After dipping in the sugar syrup.

    Now serve and enjoy with tea.
