Ingredients

  1. Leftover curry meat, sliced
  2. Leftover rice from the fridge
  3. Other leftover meat from the fridge (optional)
  4. Celery, cilantro or parsley, chopped
  5. 1-2large tomatoes, sliced thinly, include juices
  6. 1small onion, chopped
  7. 3-4garlic cloves, chopped
  8. few drops Soy sauce seasoning (Knorr or Maggi or Chinese)
  9. S&P to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté onion and garlic in oil

  2. 2

    Add the curry meat. Add a bit of the curry sauce if there are still some. Then add the tomatoes. Let the juices come out.

    Add a couple tablespoons of water to help the tomato cook.

  4. 4

    Add the rice. Mix in well. Turn heat up a bit. Add Knorr seasoning or similar. Season with salt and pepper.

    Keep cooking and mixing until the tomato liquid dries out and the rice grains no longer stick together.

  6. 6

    Turn off heat. Mix in the parsley/celery and serve.
