I've cooked this dish with this method for ages.

The amount of the curry powder might be a little bit too much. Please adjust it to your liking. Please make sure to swirl in the soy sauce from the sides of the pan at the end, and caramelize it.
I explained the steps with the pictures using small condiment samples. Recipe by Pokikochan

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 3Wiener sausages
  4. 1Green pepper
  5. 1 tbspCurry powder
  6. 1 dashDashi stock granules
  7. 1 tspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mince the onion and green pepper into fairly large pieces. Cut the wiener sausages into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

Heat about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (excluded from the recipe) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages. Add the onion and green pepper, then continue stir-frying.

  3. 3

Add the curry powder, and dashi stock granules, then continue stir-frying. Adding the curry powder first prevents the rice from getting too powdery.

  4. 4

Add the rice, and stir-fry until the curry powder is blended in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (excluded from the recipe) as much as you like.

  5. 5

Turn up the heat to high, and swirl in the soy sauce from the sides of the pan. Briefly stir-fry, and done.

  6. 6

    This is all you need.
