Ingredients

2 servings

2servings Hot cooked rice
1Wiener sausages
1Onion
1Corn, edamame, etc
1Egg (sake and salt)
1 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 tbspButter or margarine
1packet Yakisoba sauce powder
1Curry powder

Steps

You can prepare this dish with just one frying pan. Grease the pan and make scrambled eggs. Remove the eggs from the pan.

Add the oil and butter to the pan. Stir-fry the onion and other vegetables.

When the vegetables are cooked through, add the rice. Once blended, add the sauce powder and curry powder.
4

Return the scrambled egg at the end, lightly toss together, and you're done!
