Steps

First make the patty by adding all patty ingredients one by one till aromatic. And cool down the mixture first. Then take parts from it and make diamond shaped patty out of it.

Now dip the patties in the slurry made by using slurry ingredients.

Now coat it with biscuits crumbs then again dip in slurry and coat with biscuits crumb.

This how make the other cutlets also and keep aside till the time of frying.

Now heat some oil and fry the cutlets in medium high flame till brown color.

And the veg soya fowl cutlets are ready to serve.
