  1. 1cauliflower cut into big florets
  2. 1 bowlbeans cut into long pieces
  3. 3carrots cut into big pieces
  4. 2 tspRed chili powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspmustard oil
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all vegetables properly. Heat oil in a pan put all vegetables in it.

    Then add Red chili, turmeric powder and salt mix well,cover n cook on low flame.

  3. 3

    Check after 2-3 min.,again cover and cook. It will take 10 to 12 min.to cook,then Transfer it to a serving dish sprinkle garam masala powder and serve with roti.
