Ingredients

  1. 1small grated coconut
  2. 2 tbspfried chana dal
  3. 2green chilli
  4. handfulCoriander leaves
  5. 4 tbspCurry leaves
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tsprefined oil
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger paste(optional)
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2dry red chillies

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Make a paste from grated coconut, green chilli, fried chana dal and coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Heat oil and give a tadka of mustard seed, red chilli and curry leaves

  3. 3

    Now add salt and it is ready to serve with your favourite dishes.
