  • 1small grated coconut
  • 2 tbspfried chana dal
  • 2green chilli
  • handfulCoriander leaves
  • 4 tbspCurry leaves
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tsprefined oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste(optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2dry red chillies

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Make a paste from grated coconut, green chilli, fried chana dal and coriander leaves

    Heat oil and give a tadka of mustard seed, red chilli and curry leaves

    Now add salt and it is ready to serve with your favourite dishes.
