Steps

Making Praline: Heat a pan add sugar, now let us melt the sugar, continue stirring until the sugar melt completely. Now add walnuts to caramel sugar and coat them well and spread immediately on the greased plate. Let it cool down.

Walnut Praline is ready, now take a stone grinder and crushed it well and kept a side.

Making caramel sauce: Heat a pan add sugar, let us melt completely and caramelized it, then add milk and mix it properly, after 1-2 mins, caramel sauce is ready.

Making caramel decoration: Heat a pan add sugar and let us melt when it turns brown in colour, caramel is ready, now immediately put in the mold and sprinkle on the greased platform. Caramel decoration is ready.

Making kheer: First dry roast the walnuts for nutty flavour and let it cool down. Take a grinder add walnuts and grind it coarsely.

Heat a kadai add milk and boil it some times then add crushed walnuts and cook it in slow flame.

Now add sugar, milk powder and cook 5-6 mins

At last add caramel sauce and mix it properly.

Boil mixture till it reduces to the desired consistency. Now Walnut Payesh is ready. Keep it in a fridge for at least 1-2 hrs, now ready to serve it chilled.

Garnish with crushed walnuts Praline and caramel decoration.
