Ingredients

  • 1/2 packbaby spinach
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbspolive oil or butter
  • 2fresh onions
  • Salt, pepper and chilli powder

  1. 1

    First, put the oil in pan and fry fresh onions until getting yellowish color. Add spinach and stir them well for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Crack the eggs into the spinach and fresh onion mix keep stirring. Add salt, pepper and chilli. Replace the pan to cool. Enjoy 💕
