Ingredients

2 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (1 cup = 237 ml)
1/2 cupcoarse wheat flour (bhakhri atta)
1 1/4 cup water (1 cup = 250 ml)
to tastesalt
1 tbspOil
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1 tspcarom seeds (Ajwain)
as requiredOil to fry

Steps

Mix all the ingredients well with flour
2

Add little bit water at a time and keep kneading the soft dough
3

Once the dough is ready, cover and let it rest for 15 mins
4

Make small balls out of it and roll in to small disk
5

Deep fry all of them
6

Serve with your favourite Sabji
