Firstly take s methi leaves clean n wash, chopped methi leaves and Coriander leaves, take all the above ingredients together, take a big plate add wheat flour into it add ginger garlic paste.

Add green chillies ginger garlic, ajwain seeds mash with palm, add salt,

Add chopped methi leaves Coriander leaves turmeric powder into it,

Add red chilli powder and oil and mix it well n make a soft dough and cover it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes make a small portion of dough and make a small balls n make a round paratha heat the tawa, and roast the paratha bithe the side and some ghee,

Now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty Fresh methi leaves paratha is ready to eat, serve hot kin a serving plate with tomato 🍅 sauce and fresh green garlic green chilli chutney.
