Steps

In a big bowl take jowar flour, wheat flour.

In a chopper add onions and green chillies and finely chopped it.
- 3
Chop the green garlic and keep aside. Also chop coriander and keep aside.

Mix everything in flour.

Add salt to taste, jeera powder, oil for moin and add water and make a stiff dough. Keep it covered for 5 mins.

Take a ball of dough and dust it with dry flour and roll into thick small rotis.

Take a pan and add few drops of oil or ghee and roast the roti nicely from both the sides..

Serve hot with pickle or tea..
