Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, spring onion, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves and saute it.

Bring to a boil(vegetable stock). Then add carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, green peas, sweet corn and spring onion.

Now, add vegetable stock, soya sauce, black pepper and salt. Mix them well and boil for 3-4 minutes.

Now, add sugar, vegetables and maggi(raw noodles), maggi masala mix well them and boil for 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Stir and add cornflour Slurry. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
