Steps

Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add methi leaves.

Add dahi, ginger chilli paste,salt,haldi powder,oil into flour.

Add required water to make a semi tight dough. Keep it for resting for 10 minutes.

Take small portion of the dough and roll it into small, thin puri.

Heat tawa and roast it from both the sides by applying oil or ghee till done. And your thepla are ready to go with achar or dahi.
