Easy Madeleines Made with Vegetable Oil

My mother taught me this recipe.
There's nothing to say really, because all you have to do is mix, but make sure you mix it well with a whisk.
You only need a bit of baking powder. (Around 1 teaspoon.)
The color and texture will vary depending on the kind of sugar you use. Recipe by Happy toyu

Steps
- 1
Put the oil in a bowl, add the sugar, and mix with a whisk.
- 2
Mix in the eggs, then add the flour and baking powder and mix everything together.
- 3
Pour the batter into the cups and bake in a 180℃ oven for 20 minutes. They are done when the surface is golden.
- 4
The oven temperature and time will vary depending on your oven. I baked them for 21 minutes at 200°C.
- 5
You can make cocoa flavored ones too to do that, use 90 g of flour and 10 g of pure cocoa.
