Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbcrumbled panela or queso fresco
  • 4chipotle chiles en adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cupadobo sauce from can of chipotles
  • 2roma tomatos
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1 packagesangel hair pasta cooked according to instructions on package
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 2 tbspbutter or margerine

Steps

  1. 1

    place tomatos garlic and chipotles with the adobo sauce in blender and blend on high till very smooth.

  2. 2

    in a fry or sautee pan melt butter or margerine

  3. 3

    drain water from pasta and place pasta in the pan with butter mix well so all the pasta has some butter on it

    after about 5-8 minutes of frying the pasta add salsa from blender and sour cream , mix well and taste for need of salt

    sprinkle crumbled cheese all over the top turn down the temp to low cover the pan and let the cheese get a little melted
