place tomatos garlic and chipotles with the adobo sauce in blender and blend on high till very smooth.

in a fry or sautee pan melt butter or margerine

drain water from pasta and place pasta in the pan with butter mix well so all the pasta has some butter on it

after about 5-8 minutes of frying the pasta add salsa from blender and sour cream , mix well and taste for need of salt

sprinkle crumbled cheese all over the top turn down the temp to low cover the pan and let the cheese get a little melted
