Ingredients

  • 2large potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • 2eggs
  • Tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash your potatoes with clean running water

  2. 2

    Chop them into wedges.

  3. 3

    Heat vegetable oil in a medium heated frying pan.

  4. 4

    Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Fry them in the hot oil.

  5. 5

    Fry until golden brown and set aside.

  6. 6

    Beat the two eggs and in another pan, heat a tiny bit of oil into the pan. We don't want to have excess oil since the fries already have oil.

  7. 7

    Add in the fried wedges together with the eggs and cook until the bottom is set.

  8. 8

    Turn and cook the other side too until it is well cooked.

  9. 9

    Transfer carefully into a plate and serve with the tomato sauce

  10. 10
