In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients and mix everything well together until nicely combined & well incorporated

Cover it & set aside for about 15 mins time before rolling it out into the thepla shapes & fry them...

Now, take the lemon sized dough-lets from the same & roll it out individually to the thin thepla forms/shapes- Cover the rest of the dough while rolling out one (to keep it moist enough & not dry)

Heat up a frying pan/tawa over the medium-high flame: Add in the theplas to it, one by one & fry them as like any other normal theplas- Once done, transfer them onto the serving platter or casserole to keep it warm

Serve it hot with plain curd/raita/chutney/dip or anything that suits your very tastes buds, to accompany the same as its apt condiment & simply...RELISH THE DELISH
