Steps

Take warm milk. Add sugar and yeast and let it rest for 5 mins for yeast to activate..small bubbles will begin to form on the surface which indicates that tye yeast is activated. (it is necessary for the milk to be warm)

Add 1 cup maida, a pinch of salt, oregano and minced garlic (3 to 4 cloves) to it and knead a dough out of it.

Once the dough is ready add 2 tsp of oil and again knead it, cover it and let it rest for another 1 and 1/2 to two hours.

Now the dough will be fluffed and will almost have doubled up. Knead it again and make a flat base out of it with hands itself.

Now take the left over butter add oregano, herbs,chilli flakes leftover garlic and coriander and apply it on the one half side of the flattened dough. And theadd morzerrala cheese and and fold the base to form a sekicircle

Again on top of it apply some butter and herbs mixtures and give it a slight cuts from top

Bake this on 180 degrees for 15 ro 20 minutes and your garlic bread it ready!. Cut tye pieces and serve with cheese dip or cheese spread.
