Take a nonstick pan And boil water.

After boiling water add salt and ragi flour in it. Mix it well and switch off the gas. Put the mixture in a plate. Apply ghee on it and smooth it with hands. Cover dough with wet cloth. Leave it aside for 5 minutes

Now make balls from dough. Roll it and flatten with light hands like chapati with help of dry flour

Heat tawa. Put chapati on tawa. Flip it. Cook it from both sides on tawa by pressing with cloth. Serve hot with any curry.
