Steps

In evening take sabudana in a big vessel. Add water so that your sabudana completely submerged in water. Remove water after 2 hours. Keep little water & soak overnight. Your sabudana will look as given in picture.

Chop green chilies & potato. Slice lemon in two parts

Heat kadhai and add oil or ghee. When its heated add cumin seeds, green chilies and saute for 1 minute.

Add potatoes & cook it. It becomes crispy & reddish.

Add sabudana, crushed peanut powder, salt, sugar & lemon juice.

Your Sabudana khichdi is ready. Enjoy it with curd or buttermilk, chips and peanut chikki.
