Melts ghee into a pan then crackled cumin seeds and add ginger garlic cook them

Then add onions and cook them until become pinkish.

Then add all veggies cook for 2 minutes. Then add roasted oats and mix well

Add 3 cups water along with some salt. When water starts boiling then cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until veggies become soft.

Off the flame and add some more salt to adjust the taste, add black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
